Carbon is one of the newer additions to Chicago’s West Loop dining scene, and after visiting for happy hour, I can confidently say it offers one of the best happy hour deals in the neighborhood. With discounted cocktails, oysters, caviar, and burgers, Carbon delivers an elevated experience with a great happy hour

To start, I ordered the $6 Lychee Martini, which was sweet, refreshing, and exactly what I was hoping for.

Next, we tried the $1 oysters, served with cocktail sauce, lemon, hot sauce, and mignonette. The oysters were fresh and light, with each topping adding a different layer of flavor.

Of course, we couldn’t pass up the $10 caviar bumps. While simple in presentation, the caviar was rich and buttery. It added a fun and luxurious touch to the happy hour menu.

For the main event, I ordered the $10 burger topped with lettuce, sautéed onions, and cheese. This burger far exceeded expectations for the price. It was juicy, rich, and packed with flavor, making it one of the standout dishes of the meal. If you visit Carbon during happy hour, this is a must-order.

Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Carbon’s happy hour offerings. From affordable martinis and fresh oysters to caviar and a surprisingly excellent burger, every dish delivered both quality and value. If you’re looking for one of the best happy hours in West Loop, Carbon is absolutely worth adding to your Chicago restaurant list.
