Lost Larson

My Saturday involved finally stopping by Lost Larson, a Chicago bakery that has been on my radar for a while. Known for its Scandinavian-inspired baked goods, pastries, and breads, Lost Larson is a great spot to grab something sweet or put together a casual breakfast.

Starting with the baked goods, we ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookie, Breakfast Cookie, and Chocolate Chip Loaf. Everything was delicious, but the Chocolate Chip Loaf was the real standout for me. It was packed with chocolate flavor and made for the perfect Saturday morning treat.

We also ordered the Breakfast Sandwich with egg, sausage, Havarti, and herb aioli served on a sourdough brioche bun. The sandwich itself was good, and I loved the combination of the sausage, egg, and Havarti, but it was very saucy. The herb aioli ended up overpowering some of the other flavors a bit.

Overall, Lost Larson was a great Saturday morning stop. I loved trying a variety of the bakery’s baked goods, and the Chocolate Chip Loaf was definitely my favorite.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
