If you’re looking for a chic cocktail spot in downtown Chicago, Caché 310 is a newer speakeasy in the Loop serving authentic French-inspired cocktails in a cozy, lounge-style setting.
We started with the Decadance Avec Elegance, made with gin, lychee, elderflower, hibiscus tea, and champagne vinegar. Served in a teacup, this cocktail felt both elevated and playful. The flavor leaned sweet—but not overpowering—and reminded me of a lychee martini. It was easily a table favorite.

To balance out the drinks, we ordered the whipped ricotta with sourdough. This dish was simple but satisfying—creamy, filling, and perfect for sharing alongside cocktails.

Next, I tried the Balenciaga, featuring Licor 43 infused with cloves and topped with sparkling wine. While this one wasn’t my personal favorite, I did enjoy the bubbles, which added a light, celebratory touch.

We also opted for the tinned fish board, served with sourdough and a variety of accompaniments like pickled onions, pepper jam, and egg jam. Each bite offered a mix of savory and tangy flavors, making it a fun and unique addition to the table.

Overall, Caché 310 is a great new addition to the Chicago speakeasy scene. Between the intimate ambiance, thoughtfully crafted French cocktails, and shareable bites, it’s a fun spot to start your Friday night in the Loop. If you go, don’t skip the Decadance Avec Elegance—it’s the standout drink on the menu.
