Frasca Pizzeria + Wine Bar offers a standout prix fixe brunch in Chicago, combining Italian-inspired dishes with a lively dining experience. Known for its pizzas, house-made pastas, and weekend brunch menu, Frasca delivers a well-rounded mix of sweet and savory options. I visited for a prix fixe brunch and was impressed by both the variety and execution of each dish.
The brunch includes bottomless cocktails, and I opted for Aperol Spritzes throughout the meal. Light, citrusy, and refreshing, they paired perfectly with both the sweet and savory dishes.

One of the highlights of the brunch was the donuts, coated in toasted cinnamon sugar and served with an espresso chocolate dipping sauce. The donuts were warm, soft, and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness. The espresso chocolate sauce added a rich, slightly bitter contrast that elevated the dish.

The skillet pizza bread was served with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese. The bread had a crispy exterior with a soft, flaky inside, making it a perfect savory balance to the sweeter brunch items.

We also tried the breakfast pizza, prosciutto benedict, and Caesar salad. Each dish added variety to the table, but the prosciutto benedict stood out most with its rich, savory flavors and well-balanced components.
Frasca Pizzeria + Wine Bar offers one of the more dynamic brunch experiences in Chicago, especially for those looking for a prix fixe menu with bottomless drinks. The combination of donuts, pizza bread, and classic brunch dishes makes it a great option for a group or weekend outing.
