Felix

Felix recently introduced a $35 Girl Dinner menu, featuring a selection of cocktails, salads, and pasta dishes to choose from. I stopped by Felix for a Wednesday dinner to try the new menu, and it was the perfect excuse for a midweek dinner with plenty of good food and drinks.

Starting with the 312 Martini, this cocktail had a floral flavor with subtle bubbles from the sparkling wine. It was light, refreshing, and a great way to start the meal.

Next up were the Parmesan Fries for the table. The fries were perfectly crispy, and I loved the light coating of Parmesan flakes. They were the perfect side to snack on throughout dinner.

The Caesar Salad was easily my favorite part of the meal. It was perfectly dressed and had just the right amount of cheese and croutons. The salad was simple but really well done, and I would definitely order it again.

For the main event of the Girl Dinner menu, you get to choose from several pasta options. I went with the Rigatoni alla Vodka, which is always a good pick. The pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, making it a great choice for the $35 menu.

Although we originally came to Felix for the Girl Dinner menu, we also had to take advantage of the Wednesday special, which includes $9 glasses of wine. We also ordered the Crab Rangoon Dip for the table, which was creamy and delicious and came with crispy wonton chips for dipping.

Overall, Felix’s $35 Girl Dinner menu is a fun option for a midweek dinner in Chicago, especially if you want cocktails, a salad, and pasta all in one meal. Add in the $9 Wednesday wine special and the Crab Rangoon Dip, and you have plenty of reasons to make Felix your next dinner stop.
