Chicago Waffles is a West Loop neighborhood breakfast spot known for its extensive all-day menu, comforting classics, and, of course, its signature waffles. I recently had the opportunity to visit Chicago Waffles and explore some of its most popular breakfast offerings, and it was the perfect way to start the day. To begin, I ordered a classic Vanilla Latte which was exactly what I needed.
For my entrée, I chose the Breakfast Sandwich, made with bacon, a fried egg, and cheese on a soft brioche bun. This was everything you want in a classic breakfast sandwich—savory, satisfying, and packed with flavor. The sandwich was served with a side of crispy fried potatoes that were perfectly seasoned and impossible to stop eating.
A visit to Chicago Waffles wouldn’t be complete without trying one of its waffle dishes, so we ordered the Chocolate Chip Waffles for the table. Light, fluffy, and loaded with chocolate chips, these waffles were every bit as delicious as they looked.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Chicago Waffles. From the comforting Vanilla Latte to the classic Breakfast Sandwich and Chocolate Chip Waffles, every dish felt like the perfect start to the morning.
