Tortello was one of the most pleasant surprises that I found in Chicago. While we were shopping around in Wicker Park, we noticed Tortello because of the fresh pasta being made in the window.

We knew we wanted to stop in for a snack, but we definitely want to try more of the food there.

The inside of Tortello was amazing with fresh pasta everywhere and all of the different options were great. We decided to try what we saw them making in the window— Tortellini Di Burrata. This pasta was filled with delicious burrata and had toasted hazelnuts and balsamic glaze on top.

I love fresh pasta, and this was just phenomenal.

We also had ordered some wine to accompany our pasta - rosè for Hope and me, and Lucy ordered some bubbly.

The experience at Tortello was awesome. I loved how authentic the pasta tasted and I want to go back and try more of the dishes.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
