Razzo
I had been waiting for Razzo to open in the Pendleton area, and it was finally time to try some of the food there. Grace and I started with some cocktails, a sparkling wine for me and an Aperol Spritz for her. I loved this sparkling wine so much because it had the perfect flavor, and the bubbles weren’t overpowering.
My favorite part of the meal was the Saffron Arancini because it was phenomenal. The inside of the arancini was super cheesy, and the red sauce to accompany was incredible.
For our main courses, we shared the Penne Alla Vodka with calamari, onion, mascarpone, and basil. We also had the Diavola Pizza which had spicy Pomodoro sauce, ricotta, rapini, and Calabrian chili oil. I loved the pizza because it was super rich and had a ton of flavor.
Razzo has the perfect vibe for any occasion because the environment of the restaurant is super lively, and the food is delicious. I loved the style of pizza because it was like focaccia bread. The arancini was top-notch, and I loved the sparkling wine they had to offer.
