I love trying new cafés opening in the city, and next on my list was Postcard in Fulton Market, one of Chicago’s newer coffee spots.

I ordered a classic vanilla latte, which was smooth and perfectly sweet — exactly how I like it. For something savory, I tried the Mortadella Toastie made with whipped ricotta, arugula, and parmigiano. The toastie was surprisingly packed with flavor, creamy yet crisp, and easily one of my favorite bites of the morning.

We also sampled several of Postcard’s bakery items, all of which were incredible. The standout for me was the ham & cheese croissant — buttery, flaky, and so flavorful. It paired perfectly with coffee and truly showcased the quality of their baked goods.

If you're looking for a new Chicago café to explore, Postcard is a must-visit for your morning coffee run or a quick breakfast bite. Everything we tried was full of flavor, and I’m already planning a return trip to try more from their menu.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Not that this isn't obvious, but I am not a professional writer - I don't claim to be one either. Cut me some slack on my writing for a little bit. It will get better!
