Pampas Argentine Gastropub has been on my list for a while now, so I figured I finally needed to try it. I sat at the bar and ordered the Orange You Glad cocktail with mezcal, ancho reyes chile liqueur, citrus cordial, and fresh lime.

I loved this cocktail because it was the perfect mix of smokey and citrus flavors.

I knew that I wanted to try some empanadas, so I ordered the chef’s choice of Korean Bbq, Mushroom and Feta, and Chicken Salsa Verde. I love the difference in flavors and the crispness of the shell was delicious.

I also ordered the Corn Fritters which came with whipped goat cheese, Tabasco pepper jam, crispy prosciutto, and fresh herbs. This dish has an incredible flavor with the sweetness from the cheese and the spiciness of the pepper jam it was simply amazing.

I had heard great things about Pampas, so I was happy to try it for myself. Even though I tried only two of the dishes I felt like I was able to taste so many flavors, and they were all fantastic.
