After a few failed attempts at trying to dine at Bouquet Restaurant, I was finally able to try the delicious food there.

I was originally attracted to Bouquet because of their famous charcuterie board, but all of the food and cocktails I tried were great.
We all started the meal with the Mezcal Spritz — which had Sombra Mezcal, Aperol, Lemon, and Cava. This was a refreshing, but interesting drink. The drink was super flavorful with all of the different tones. Not sure if I would order it again, but it was good to try.

Because I originally brought my friends to Bouquet for a cheese board, we absolutely had to go all out and try the Motherboard. This board has five kinds of cheese, four cured or smoked meats, pickles, peppers, jams, mustards, onions, olives, and really anything else you can imagine on a board.
Bold statement: this was the best charcuterie board that I have ever had.
All of the different flavors and combinations of foods on the board were incredible. I loved trying different mixes of cheese, meats, and all of the toppings that came with it.

After the cheese board, we did not need anything super big for our meal. We decided to order some small plates and we were all pleased with our choices.
I decided to order the shrimp and grits with shrimp, kale, peach mostarda, and chili oil. I was extremely happy with my choice because it was delicious and the peach and chili flavors complimented each other in the best way.

Bailey decided to order the Tartine which had fruit and cucumber ceviche, mint whipped ricotta, swiss chard, and jalapeño. This sounds like it would have been amazing, and it was pretty good, but the mint taste was a little odd. Grace ordered the Roasted Carrots which had tofu, rice, squash, hummus, olive spice, and parsley.

Bouquet’s cheeseboard definitely lived up to my expectations. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and all of the different flavors of food and drink that we all tried.
