Sparrow

Sparrow has been on my list of must-visit spots since I moved to Chicago. The buzz surrounding this cocktail bar was unquestionable, so I took a group of friends to try some of their phenomenal drinks.

We began with the signature El Diablo cocktail, a blend of Reposado Tequila, Cassis, Ginger, Lime, Soda Water, and Spicy Bitters. With its perfect balance of savory margarita flavors and a hint of spice, it was the perfect post-dinner cocktail.

No visit to a new cocktail spot is complete without sampling the espresso martini, and Sparrow's was a great mix of velvety foam and espresso flavor.

Beyond the cocktails, Sparrow has an atmosphere that is ideal for unwinding after a long day. The vintage charm of the bar adds to its attraction, taking customers to a time of cocktail excellence.
