During my trip to Rosemary Beach, Florida, I dined at Gallion’s, a seafood-forward restaurant known for fresh fish, creative dishes, and flavorful starters. From unique menu items to perfectly cooked seafood, this dinner spot exceeded my expectations.
I started with the Butter Candle, a bread-and-butter creation filled with garlic and spice. While it sounded gimmicky at first, it was absolutely delicious and a must-try.

We also tried the Crab Cakes, which were crab-forward and fresh, paired with vegetable slaw and a perfectly balanced remoulade.

Another highlight was the Shrimp Scampi, served with artichoke, tomato, and lemon sauce, where the lemon enhanced the fresh shrimp without overpowering it.

For my main course, I had the Parmesan Crusted Red Snapper with garlic butter, cherry tomatoes, and fingerling potatoes. The Parmesan crust was crispy, the fish was tender, and the potatoes perfectly complemented the dish—everything had the ideal balance of flavor and texture.

Gallion’s in Rosemary Beach is a must-visit for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful seafood. From appetizers to entrees, the quality and creativity of each dish make it a standout in the area.
