Froth was a café that wasn’t originally on my radar, so when my friend invited me for breakfast, I went in with zero expectations. But after dining there, I was genuinely blown away by how amazing the vibe, food, and drinks were.

To start, I ordered the That’s a Bingo Matcha Latte, made with raspberry, lemon, oat milk, and mint. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and subtle flavor — exactly what I look for in a matcha drink. It was refreshing, unique, and one of the best flavored matchas I’ve had recently.

For breakfast, I went with The General, a sandwich stacked with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar, arugula, avocado, chipotle crema, and gochujang aioli on toasted brioche. This sandwich was packed with flavor, and I loved the subtle heat from the chipotle and gochujang without it being too spicy. The brioche bun tied everything together perfectly.

Between the crowded, lively atmosphere, the creative drink menu, and the flavor-packed food, Froth ended up being the perfect spot for breakfast with friends — and even an ideal place to work from if you love a buzzy café energy. I enjoyed everything we tried, and I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their drink and breakfast options.
