Farm and Craft & Echo Coffee

At first, I was a bit cautious about a kombucha mixed drink, but I’m thankful that I was wrong.

I would describe Farm and Craft as a healthier option to go for lunch, dinner, or even drinks.

It’s definitely difficult to get my dad to try a place like Farm and Craft because the menu has kale and green juice, etc. It was a little disappointing when I ordered my kombucha and tequila and my dad’s kombucha and bourbon and they were out of kombucha. Needless to say, we left and I ended up coming back the next day with Mackenzie.

When Mackenzie and I went back they had kombucha! I ordered the kombucha and tequila and she got the kombucha and cucumber vodka. I loved the drinks – they were so flavorful and delicious. Mine ended up tasting more like a margarita, which was still great, but if I went back I would order the drink that Mackenzie got because it tasted "healthier."

My coffee, yes coffee, run for the day was at a café named Echo Coffee. I got my new usual – iced vanilla latte with oat milk. It was delicious as always.

The best part of this café was the brownie and cheesecake slice. It was basically peanut butter cheesecake with a brownie crust and it was delicious.
