Cackleberry

Cackleberry is a food truck that sets up shop at different Cincinnati-area locations each weekend. It has been on my list forever now, so I finally was able to track it down on Saturday morning.

I made my way to the Columbia Tusculum area to put my order in at Cackleberry with the Porter breakfast sandwich with goetta, Japanese rolled omelet, dijon microgreens, muenster cheese, and mustard aioli on a warm brioche bun.

This breakfast sandwich was unbelievably delicious. I loved the aioli on the sandwich, and the bread and goetta were the perfect touch. I was definitely happy to try Cackleberry, and I want to taste some more of the different breakfast sandwiches too.
