Schneider's Sweet Shop: Homemade Candies & Ice Cream

I have always known Schneider's to be known for its Snowball treat and I was so excited to try it. For a little background, a snowball is shaved ice with any flavor you want with an ice cream scoop in the middle. It does not necessarily sound like these items would go together, but they definitely are delicious.

I went to Schneiders and ordered a Snowball with strawberry shaved ice and a vanilla ice cream scoop. Bailey ordered with black raspberry shaved ice and vanilla ice cream as well.

The almost crunchy texture of the shaved ice goes perfectly with the ice cream, and I liked the strawberry flavoring as well. I loved the creaminess of this treat which was a great stop for a hot day.
