One of my favorite desserts is a freshly baked cookie, so I decided to try the Davis Cookie Collection for my Saturday morning bakery run.
The Davis Cookie Collection storefront was the sweetest little shop. It was a mix of ice cream, cookies, and cupcake bakery.
I went for the cookies, of course, so I decided to order the vanilla sprinkles and Reese’s cup cookie. The vanilla cookie was super fluffy and delicious, but the Reese’s cup one was my favorite. My roommate ordered the confetti Oreo cookie which was super flavorful as well.
The Davis Cookie Collection was the perfect stop on Saturday morning, and the owner of the shop was so pleasant and nice. It was heartwarming to hear her story about a hobby that turned into a store and how it’s been successful despite opening during a pandemic.
I would definitely go to the cookie shop again to either get ice cream or you can make your own dozen mini cookies and they will give them to you fresh out of the oven. The cookies were delicious, and everything else there looked great as well.
