I went to Ann Arbor for a wedding celebration a few weekends ago, so I had to try to hit some of the delicious food spots the city has to offer.
We arrived in Ann Arbor in the evening and were starving, so we stopped at Frita Batidos for some unbelievable spicy margaritas and burgers. The spicy margarita was super spicy, and the burgers were incredible.

According to locals, we had to stop at Blank Slate Creamery. This ice cream place smelled so delicious, and I loved the unique flavor options it had. I ordered Moose Tracks and split a homemade cookie with Bailey.

After dessert, we went to Bab's for some cocktails and I loved the options on the menu. Bailey and I ordered the Snake in the Grass with tequila, habanero, peach, mint, and lime. I think that Ian ordered the Blood Orange Sour with rye, cognac, blood orange, egg white, and cinnamon.

We also all tried the Espresso Martini which was delicious as usual.

Our next and last stop of the drink tour was The Last Word which had an amazing selection of cocktails to try. I started with the Don't Say Peep with mezcal, aloe liqueur, grapefruit liqueur, fresh grapefruit, and lime. I cannot remember what exact drink Bailey ordered, and Ian got a bourbon.

We ordered another round of cocktails, and I ordered the Devil's Dew with mezcal, lime, beet syrup, banana liqueur, and habanero tincture.

The food, but mostly drink tour of Ann Arbor was amazing. I loved all of the different cocktail bars, and the atmosphere at the two was super lively. The burgers and ice cream we tried were also a perfect addition to our night.
