Frothy Monkey

The first food stop during my trip to Nashville was brunch at Frothy Monkey, and it was exactly what I needed after a morning Pilates class. Known for its specialty coffee, locally sourced ingredients, and all-day brunch menu, Frothy Monkey is a popular choice for both visitors and locals looking for a relaxed yet elevated breakfast experience.

I started with the Rosemary Honey Latte, made with house-infused rosemary honey. The flavor was light, subtly herbal, and perfectly balanced with the espresso.

For my meal, I went with the Farm Breakfast, which included two scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked Gouda grits, fresh orange wedges, and a biscuit. This dish felt like the perfect Southern-inspired brunch plate—simple and full of flavor.

Overall, Frothy Monkey is a great brunch spot in Nashville whether you’re visiting for the weekend, meeting friends, or grabbing breakfast to start your day.
