Soloway Coffee

If you’ve walked past Soloway Coffee in Chicago, you’ve probably noticed the line out the door—and for good reason. Known for its delicious coffee and food, this coffee shop has quickly become a must-visit for coffee and breakfast lovers.

I went for a vanilla latte, which was perfectly balanced—smooth, slightly sweet, and just the caffeine kick I needed.

To eat, I tried the popular Breakfast Sando, which featured:

  • Fluffy scrambled eggs

  • Crispy, golden potatoes

  • Melted cheese

  • House-made aioli

  • All sandwiched between perfectly toasted bread

Let’s just say… it lived up to the hype. The crispy potatoes added just the right texture, and the aioli tied everything together in a rich, savory bite. It’s hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Chicago I’ve had lately.

Soloway Coffee is absolutely worth the wait. While the coffee is excellent, the real gem here is the breakfast menu. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick latte or sitting down with friends for a brunch, Soloway delivers on both quality and experience.
